Just kidding.
It's always so awkward doing the standard "About Me" section, but it has to be done. It's weird because you think you know all of this stuff about yourself, and then when it comes to typing out your biography, you have this moment where you can't figure out who you are or who you've ever been. If you think you've had writer's block before, think again. This is the worst kind you can get.
My name is Jenna and I am currently a Strategic Communications (advertising and public relations) major at Texas Christian University and I am interested in pursuing a career that involves a lot of social media because that is the part of this field that most interests me. If I could find a career that integrates social media, as well as fashion, then that would be incredibly ideal because I would love to be able to combine one of my passions into what I do.
As to where I stand in the industry in which I am studying? I tend to look at myself as being on more of the creative side of it, but I am really not sure yet. I do, without a doubt need to gain more experience so that I can know for sure what realm of this that I want to be involved in.
I guess that "About Me" wasn't too hard. At least we've gotten past the traditional (slightly painful) welcome post, the most difficult and awkward thing to write, ever.
